I have never been one for keeping any kind of journal or diary, I tried a few times when I was younger but I just could never stick with it. I felt like I needed a separate place on here to rant and rave about my culinary failures and successes... but mostly my failures. The last thing I want to do is write a blog post about a recipe that stinks or that was a complete failure, so I think this might be a great place for me to put all those experiences. Besides that, I plan on putting all my random writings about other stuff in the kitchen, like trying new products or when I get inspired to make something crazy and new, on here as well. So here it is, my online food journal, enjoy!!
