Here are a few fun facts about me that will help you better understand the recipes that I post. First of all, I'm a guy. N
ot only that, but my metabolism runs like a locomotive. I need to eat REAL food. As much as I enjoy a mean salad every once in a great while, I need to eat something that is going to stick to my ribs and hold me over for more than 30 minutes. This next one might sound a little crazy, but I actually enjoy eating healthy. Due to this, most of the things that I will be posting are actually kind of good for you. I'm no food specialist, nor am I nutritionist, I'm just a guy who is looking to eat good and healthy, so try not to be too hard of a food critic.
If you like to eat real food, food that will fill you up, then you have come to the right place! I love cooking, but I still have a heck of a lot to learn.
